A&T Transportation is a Connecticut company, founded in 2021. We take people to medical appointments, therapy, dialysis, and wherever they need to go — safely, comfortably, and without the stress. Wheelchair-bound or ambulatory, we come to your door and get you there on time.

Medicaid riders welcome

If your rides are covered by Medicaid through MTM, you can ask for A&T Transportation by name when you book your trip.

Paying out of pocket instead? We serve private-pay riders and facilities too — call us for a quote.
